Sodom
Doth toll a bell, and yells a crow,
"Clay, only clay I see around,
Deformed and mutilated forms;
But earth and clay - regale for worms..."
Doth toll a bell and knelt the grief
To cry away the tears; sealed -
Their hearts and shut the doors;
The souls are sinking in the earth...

قَالُوا إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُجْرِمِينَ
لِنُرْسِلَ عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِنْ طِينٍ

They said: We are sent to the people guilty of sin,
A shower of clay upon them to unleash.
Qur'an 51:32-33

The sky is locked on bolts, and part
Which is above is cut.
And muddy mire jeering say,
"Anow thou art my prey...
Get down, drown in the deep
And bleak materiality..."

And scriptures ancient came, and did
Disclose what in it is writ:

You shall not lie with a male as
with a woman; it is an abomination.
Leviticus 18:22

ستر الله ما كان منهم من المخالفة عليهم
جزاء لسترهم إياه في قلوبهم وقسمهم في
ذلك الستر على قسمين فقسم سترهم عن
غيرهم وقسم سترهم عن نفوسهم كما سترهم
عن عين الآلام أن تراهم إذا دخلوا النار
بأن يميتهم فيها إماتة

For their transgression, veiled them the God
from them, a recompense for
veiling Him in their hearts; Thus decreed
two veils upon them: The first - veiling them
from others, the second - veiling them
from themselves, and also from the source
of pain. You see, they enter the fire
to perish in it and die...
